This blue (in colour) tea will set you up for a good, calm night's sleep.

Lavender - Lavandula
Lemon Balm - Melissa officinalis
Damiana - Turnera diffusa
Blue pea flowers - Clitoria ternatea
Blue cornflowers -  Centaurea cyanus
Raspberry Leaf - Rubus idaeus
Starflower - Borago officinalis
 
 
How to enjoy:  1 Tablespoon of Tea blend for 1 cup of water. Pour hot water over the blend and steep for up to 8 hours. Longer steeping time increases the bioavailability of minerals and nutrients.
Strain and enjoy hot or cold!
